What are your telephone opening hours?

Aberdeen Slaters offices are open between 9a.m. - 5 p.m. Monday to Friday

What are your payment terms?

All contracts in excess of £1,500 pounds require a 30% deposit, with the remainder being due on completion of works.

What method of payment can I use?

Cash, Cheque or BACs Transfer.

How do you set the cost of jobs?

We will arrange to send round a member of staff who is fully trained in all aspects of slating and flat roofing etc and provide you with a No obligation written quotation either by letter or email.

How do I make a complaint if I'm not satisfied?

We hope you'll never need to make a complaint to Aberdeen Slaters but we realise that mistakes sometimes happen, so if you feel unhappy about something we have done then please let us know. We promise to listen to your feedback and use your suggestions to make improvements to our service.

First of all, let us know in writing what we've done wrong or what it is that you're unhappy with. If we can't sort out your complaint straight away then we will take full details from you and arrange for the problem to be fully investigated and resolved as quickly as possible to your complete satisfaction.
